Wingate, N.C.----The reigning 2017 South Atlantic Conference champion Wingate University football team enters the final week of spring practice with much accomplished. The Bulldogs have worked extremely hard to carry the momentum of a conference championship season into this spring. Bulldog fans will see the team Saturday, as the annual spring game is slated for 1 p.m. at Irwin Belk Stadium and John R. Martin Field on the WU campus (660 N. Main St., Wingate, NC 28174).
