Anderson, S.C.----Wingate University sophomore Tim Bombosch shot a Monday-best three-under-par 69 as the Bulldog men's golf team moved from seventh to third place after day two of the 2018 South Atlantic Conference championships (team and individual statistics). Wingate shot a second round 291, topped only by Newberry's 290. The Bulldogs' 36-hole total of 594 is only three strokes behind second-round leader Carson-Newman (591). Newberry is second at 592.
