Dallas, Texas----Wingate University football alum Eric Mapoles (Snellville, Ga.) is the National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete of the Day, NFF officials announce Saturday. The Scholar-Athlete of the Day is selected from the 135 semifinalists for the 2015 William V. Campbell Trophy, presented by Fidelity Investments® and prominently displayed inside its official home at the New York Athletic Club.
