Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University men's and women's basketball teams are partnering with the Kiel Colon Cancer Foundation (KCCF) to host a Blue Out awareness event Saturday when the Bulldogs host Anderson University in Cuddy Arena and Thomas Koontz Family Court (2 p.m. women's game, 4 p.m. men's game). WU fans, coaches and student-athletes will be sporting navy blue (uniforms) and royal blue game apparel (shoe laces most notably) to raise awareness for colon cancer.
