Wingate, N.C.----The 19th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs held the Carson-Newman University Eagles to 45 yards of total offense in the second half, while getting a career-high 176 rushing yards from Domineke McNeill, rallying for a 30-28 victory in South Atlantic Conference football action at Irwin Belk Stadium Saturday night. The 'Dogs improve to 3-0 overall and 1-0 in the SAC, while the Eagles fall to 1-1 overall and 0-1 in league play.
