Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University men's cross country team placed seven runners in the top 10 on the way to the team title in the Bulldog Stampede at the WU Cross Country Facility Saturday (complete results). Bulldog sophomore Micah Kipchumba won the men's 8K race with a time of 25:52.74. Wingate had 22 points, outdistancing Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference member Benedict College.
