Rock Hill, S.C.----Wingate University sophomore Casey Roux (Rochester, N.Y.) is the 2018 South Atlantic Conference Elite 20 honoree for women's lacrosse, league officials announce this weekend. This award honors the student-athlete with the top cumulative grade-point average (based on a minimum of 48 credit hours) who is competing at the finals site of each of the league's 20 team championship sports.
