Charlotte, N.C.----Wingate University sophomore right-hander Aubrey Reep (Eastover, N.C.) tossed her first career no-hitter Wednesday afternoon while adding a solo homer in Wingate's 2-1 victory in game one of a South Atlantic Conference softball doubleheader at Queens University. Junior right-hander Rachel Weidner (Greenville, N.C.) added a three-hit shutout in game two as the 'Dogs finished off their fourth straight doubleheader sweep with an 8-0 victory, improving to 22-24 overall and 10-8 in the SAC. The 'Dogs have moved up to fourth place in the league standings. The Royals fall to 32-14 overall and 8-10 in league play.
