Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University men's cross country team notched a sixth-place finish Saturday as it hosted the 2017 NCAA DII Southeast Region championship meet (men's 10K results; women's 6K results). Bulldog freshman Micah Kipchumba (10th overall, 32:15.3) was Wingate's top runner, crossing the finish line in 32:15.3.
