Newton, N.C.----The Wingate University women's cross country team finished third in the South Atlantic Conference championship meet at the Southside Park Saturday (women's 5K results; men's 8K results). Bulldog senior Madison Hiatt (Fresno, Calif.) was Wingate's top finisher with her 5K time of 18:19.62. She finished fifth.
