Newton, N.C.----The Wingate University men's cross country team finished second in the South Atlantic Conference championship meet at the Southside Park Saturday (men's 8K results; women's 5K results). Bulldog freshman Micah Kipchumba (Nakura, Kenya) was Wingate's top finisher with his 8K time of 25:17.65. He finished seventh.
