Cleveland, Ohio----Wingate University is in fourth place in the 2016-17 Learfield Directors' Cup standings for NCAA Division II. The standings, released by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), award points based on the finish of 14 men's and women's sports. Wingate finished 28th last season. The Bulldogs finished sixth in the 2014-15 season, the highest finish in Wingate history.
