Newberry, S.C.----Wingate University freshman Caileigh Apicella (Islip Terrace, N.Y.) scored five minutes into the second overtime Saturday afternoon, giving the 16th-ranked Bulldogs a 2-1 victory at Newberry College in South Atlantic Conference women's soccer action. Wingate, who picked up a 1-0 overtime victory against Queens Wednesday, moves to 7-0 overall and 4-0 in the SAC. The Wolves fall to 1-5-2 overall and 1-3 in the conference.
