Bristol, Conn.-----Wingate University will begin its second year of the streaming agreement with ESPN3 this fall, starting Sept. 3 when the football team hosts Johnson C. Smith at 1:30 p.m. Wingate will have 34 events air on ESPN3 in the fall of 2016. The deal with ESPN – a first for exclusive national streaming rights for a Division II school – began in the fall of 2015. More than 60 Wingate contests aired on ESPN3 during the 2015-16 season. Wingate's winter and spring events on ESPN3 will be released later this year.
