Wingate, N.C.----Wingate University vice-president and director of athletics Steve Poston, along with Assistant Athletic Director for Media Relations and Game Operations David Sherwood, have announced the promotion of Hugh Patton to Associate Director of Athletic Media Relations at Wingate University. Patton will be beginning his 10th year in the Wingate Athletic Media Relations Department in August.
