Mount Olive, N.C.----Wingate University junior outfielder Shane Billings (Kernersville, N.C.) and sophomore designated hitter Bradley Brown (Rockingham, N.C.) have both earned first team All-State honors from the North Carolina Collegiate Sports Information Association (NCCSIA). In addition, senior outfielder Bill Krebs (West Chester, Pa.) earned second team All-State accolades.
