Greensboro, N.C.----For the second consecutive year, Wingate University outfielder Shane Billings (Kernersville, N.C.) has been named an All-American by all three publications. Over the weekend, Billings was named a second team All-American by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and a third team selection by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA). Last week Billings was named a second team All-American by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA).
