Hendersonville, N.C.----The Wingate University men's golf team finished third in the Etowah Spring Challenge Saturday with a score of 302. The 18-hole event was hosted by Brevard College at the Etowah Valley Country Club (par 72, 6700 yards). Four South Atlantic Conference schools (Brevard, Coker, Tusculum and Wingate) utilized the Spring Challenge as a tune-up for the league tournament later this month (team-by-team results).
