Rock Hill, S.C.----Wingate University's Brittany Andrews was tabbed the Astroturf South Atlantic Conference women's lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, while teammate Arion Pierre was named the Astroturf South Atlantic Conference women's lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week for games played March 14-20, the league announces today. The Bulldogs (5-3 overall) won two games last week. "We are proud of Brittie and Arion's performances to help our team be successful," Wingate head coach Caline McHenry Olmsted says. "Brittie has really stepped up the last few games to propel our offense…and Arion has been solid in net all year."
