Charlotte, N.C.----Wingate University is four shots off the team lead after the first round of the Wingate Intercollegiate Challenge at the Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation Sunday (par 73, 5847 yards). The Bulldogs posted a 320 with Queens University of Charlotte on top of the team leader board at 316. Fifteen schools and 83 women's golf student-athletes are participating in this year's event (Wingate Intercollegiate Challenge team-by-team scores; Wingate Intercollegiate Challenge Tuesday tee times).
