Jefferson City, Tenn.----Sophomore forward Kaitlyn Cox scored an 85th-minute game-winning goal Saturday night as visiting Wingate University picked up a huge 2-1 victory at Carson-Newman University in South Atlantic Conference women's soccer action at McCown Field. Wingate improves to 11-3-1 overall and 7-2 in league play, while the Eagles falls to 9-5-1 on the season and 6-2-1 in conference play.
