Rock Hill, S.C.----The South Atlantic Conference men's basketball preseason poll was released Wednesday morning, with the Wingate University Bulldogs being picked to finish fourth in the poll voted on by the league head coaches. In addition, senior point guard Frankie Johnson is a preseason first team All-SAC selection.
