Indianapolis, Ind.----For the sixth consecutive year, the Wingate University Bulldogs are in the NCAA Division II women's basketball tournament. The Bulldogs received the number three seed in the NCAA Southeast Region when the field was announced Sunday night. Wingate will face number six seed Clayton State in the NCAA Tournament opener Friday at 12 p.m. The Southeast Regional will be hosted by Anderson University Friday through Monday.
