Wingate, N.C.----On Saturday, Kay Jo and Ronnie Baucom will greet every football fan who enters through the Irwin Belk Stadium gates as they arrive for Wingate's 3 p.m. Senior Day game versus Tusculum. Members of the New Salem American Legion Post 440, the Baucoms have joined other post members to bring the Tailgating for the Troops Project to Wingate University each football season for the last seven years.
