Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University women's basketball placed five student-athletes in double-figure points, claiming a 79-61 NCAA Division II women's basketball triumph over UNC Pembroke Tuesday night in Cuddy Arena and Thomas Koontz Family Court. The contest was the home opener for the victorious Bulldogs (2-1 overall). Bulldog freshman point guard Courtney Robinson (Taylors, S.C.) posted a team-high 14 points.
