Spartanburg, S.C.----Reigning South Atlantic Conference Runner of the Week and Wingate sophomore Julie Diaz led the Bulldogs to a sixth-place finish in the USC Upstate Invitational Saturday at the Roger Milliken Center (complete results). Diaz posted a 5K time of 19:32.0 to finish 29th in the 183-runner field.
