Rock Hill, S.C.----Wingate University senior designated hitter Bradley Brown (Hamlet, N.C.) has been named a first team All-South Atlantic Conference selection, league officials announced Tuesday afternoon. Junior right-hander Austin Turgeon (Athens, Ga.) is a second team all-conference selection, along with sophomore second baseman McCann Mellett. In addition, senior outfielder Ty Andrus (Winston-Salem, N.C.) earns gold glove honors.
