Rock Hill, S.C.----Wingate University senior first baseman Mikayla Hannah (Lancaster, S.C.) has been named the AstroTurf South Atlantic Conference softball Player of the Week, league officials announced Tuesday afternoon. Wingate junior right-hander Rachel Weidner (Greenville, N.C.) is the SAC Pitcher of the Week. Both players pick up weekly SAC honors for the first time in their careers.
