Elgin, S.C.----On a day when weather conditions were not favorable, the GolfStat NCAA Division II number 15 Wingate University women's golf team built a 19-stroke lead after two rounds of the South Atlantic Conference women's golf tournament (team and individual results). The Bulldogs shot a 316 Monday for a 36-hole total of 628. Tusculum and Anderson are tied for second at 647. Newberry College is hosting this year's SAC event on the Members Club at Woodcreek lay-out.
