Winston-Salem, N.C.----Wingate University freshman Malcolm Reed (Fort Mill, S.C.) won the 400 meters and ran the anchor leg on the Bulldogs' gold medal-winning 4x400 meter relay team at the inaugural South Atlantic Conference indoor track and field championship meet at the JDL Fast Track Monday (complete results). Reed ran a 50.12 in the 400 meters and helped the Bulldogs post a time of 3:25.46 in the 4x400 meter relay.
