Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs scored in double figures for the third straight game Sunday afternoon, while senior right-hander Jimmy Doolittle (Charlotte, N.C.) tossed six shutout innings as the 'Dogs finished off a three-game sweep over the University of Charleston with a 10-0 victory at Ron Christopher Stadium and Plyler Athletic Field. Wingate moves to 10-1 on the year, while the Golden Eagles fall to 0-3 overall.
