Wingate, N.C.----The Carson-Newman University Eagles outscored Wingate University 18-3 in overtime Saturday afternoon, prevailing 81-66 over the Bulldogs in South Atlantic Conference men's basketball action in Cuddy Arena. The Eagles improve to 15-2 overall and 7-2 in the SAC, while the Bulldogs fall to 8-9 overall and 5-4 in league play.
