Rock Hill, S.C.----Wingate University junior middle blocker Anna Holmquist (Lincoln, Nebr.) has been named the winner of the 2017 South Atlantic Conference Volleyball Elite 20 award, league officials announced Friday evening. This award honors the student-athlete with the top cumulative grade-point average based on a minimum of 48 credit hours who is competing at the final site of each of the Conference's 20 team championship sports.
