Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University football team (9-1 overall, 6-1 SAC) concludes the 2017 regular season as the number 16 team in the AFCA/NCAA Division II Coaches' top 25 poll, officials announce Monday. The Bulldogs are one of 28 teams invited to the NCAA Division II post-season, which begins with first round games Saturday.
