Rock Hill, S.C.----The South Atlantic Conference head women's basketball coaches have voted Wingate the preseason favorite in the league's 2017-18 pre-season poll, league officials announce Tuesday. In addition, the SAC's athletic media relations directors voted two Bulldogs to the preseason All-SAC first team: senior center Marta Miscenko (Riga, Latvia) and junior forward/guard Danasia Witherspoon (Hickory, N.C.).
