Rock Hill, S.C.----The second-seeded Wingate University Bulldogs scored twice in a two-minute span in the first half Friday night, downing sixth-seeded Anderson University 2-1 in the semifinals of the 2017 South Atlantic Conference women's soccer tournament. Wingate improves to 11-3 overall, advancing to the SAC title match for the eighth consecutive year. Anderson falls to 6-9-2 on the year.
