Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University football team (8-0 overall, 5-0 SAC) is the number 14 team in this week's AFCA/NCAA Division II Coaches' top 25 poll, officials announce today. The number 14 listing is the highest AFCA ranking in the school's history. Also, the Bulldogs are the number one team in the second NCAA Division II Super Region 2 poll of the 2017 season.
