St. Augustine, Fla.----The Wingate University women's golf team is tied for second after the first day of the 2017 Flagler Fall Slam, hosted by Flagler College at the Marsh Creek Country Club (par 72, 6062 yards) Monday. The Bulldogs posted a five-over-par 293, tying with the University of Tampa. Barry University is one stroke ahead of the Bulldogs and the Spartans at 292 (complete first round results).
