Wingate, N.C.----Wingate University Director of Student-Athlete Development and head women's golf coach Erin Thorne reminds her Bulldog student-athletes daily to control the things they can control. When Thorne found out next week's Ross Resorts Invitational in Southern Pines was cancelled due to Hurricane Irma, she immediately went to work trying to find a replacement tournament for her young team.
