Smithfield, N.C.----Germany had quite a lot to offer me from the various involvements to the people I was fortunate enough to meet. Initially, I didn't know too much about the country besides the bits and pieces of knowledge I gained from my father and his past experiences. Once I landed, the first thing I noticed was the vast amount of Mercedes Benz, Audi and other car brands we would consider "foreign cars" here in the United States.
