Rock Hill, S.C.----Wingate University sophomore outfielder Naomi Sapp (Guyton, Ga.) has been named the South Atlantic Conference softball Scholar-Athlete, league officials announced Wednesday morning. The All-SAC and All-Region honoree earns Scholar-Athlete accolades for the first time in her career.
