Hartsville, S.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs are the number six seed in this week's South Atlantic Conference softball tournament, which begins Thursday at Byerly Park in Hartsville. The Bulldogs will face number three seed Newberry in the tournament opener Thursday at 10 a.m. Wingate enters postseason play at 25-23 overall after going 10-10 in the SAC.
