Rock Hill, S.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs have been picked fourth in the South Atlantic Conference men's basketball preseason poll, which was released Tuesday morning. The Bulldogs are coming off a 15-14 record, which included a 12-10 mark in league play. Wingate finished fifth in the SAC standings last season.
