Greenwood, S.C.----The Wingate University men's golf team shaved 11 strokes from its first round score to post a 296 in Monday's second of two rounds at the Bearcat Classic, hosted by Lander University at the Greenwood Country Club (par 72, 6800 yards). Eighteen schools and 93 student-athletes are participating in this year's event.
