Austin, Texas----Wingate University junior defender Damian Gaona (Santiago, Chile) has been named a third team Academic All-America® selection by CoSIDA, officials announced Monday afternoon. An Academic All-District honoree and SAC Honor Roll selection, Gaona earns Academic All-America® accolades for the first time in his career.
