Rock Hill, S.C.----The South Atlantic Conference head women's basketball coaches have voted Wingate the pre-season favorite in the league's 2016-17 pre-season poll, league officials announce Thursday. In addition, the SAC's sports information directors voted senior guard Shelby Tricoli (Waynesville, N.C.) to the pre-season All-SAC second team.
