Orlando, Fla.----The Wingate University Bulldogs are in sixth after the first two rounds of the McDonough Cup, hosted by Rollins College. Wingate posted opening-day rounds of 297 and 298 for a day-one total of 595. The two-day, three-round event is being held at the 6,995-yard Rio Pinar Country Club. Rollins has a nine-shot lead heading into the final round (36-hole results).
